How Private Worker Matching Works

How worker profiles, private invitations, candidate review, and protected contact access work without public job listings.

Workers Join a Private Pool

Workers create a reusable profile with skills, experience, location, availability, travel preferences, and documents. The profile is not published as a searchable public listing.

Employers Submit Requests

Employers describe the worker types, skills, location, timing, duration, and compensation conditions they need. Requests are reviewed by the staffing team rather than posted publicly.

Invitations Keep Workers in Control

When a profile may fit a request, the worker can receive a private invitation and decide whether to accept or decline. Joining the pool does not guarantee an invitation or employment.

Contact Details Stay Protected

Employers first review permitted candidate information. Personal contact details remain masked until the candidate is accepted and applicable commercial conditions are completed.

What Profile Review Means

The staffing team checks completeness and declared matching information. This is not formal identity, background, or credential verification unless a separate check is explicitly confirmed.
