EU Jobs Connect provides staffing workflow. Workers join private pool, employers submit worker requests, and staffing team handles matching. Website is not public job board.
3. No Guarantee
Joining worker pool does not guarantee invitation, placement, employment, income, or regular work. Employer request submission does not guarantee candidate supply or fulfillment. Response within 1 business day means request review, not fulfillment.
4. Accounts and Information
Users must provide accurate, current information, protect account credentials, and promptly update material changes. Users must not impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Worker Information
Profile review covers completeness and declared matching data. Identity, background, work authorization, licences, and certificates are not guaranteed unless separate verification is explicitly documented.
6. Pricing and Payments
Applicable employer pricing, taxes, urgent surcharges, subscriptions, and contact-unlock conditions are disclosed through separate commercial terms before commitment. Historical accepted pricing remains attached to relevant transaction.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not scrape worker or candidate data.
- Do not bypass contact controls or payment requirements.
- Do not submit discriminatory, unsafe, fraudulent, or unlawful requests.
- Do not misuse worker contact information.
8. Intellectual Property and Availability
Website content, brand, and software are protected subject to third-party rights. Service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
9. Liability and Governing Law
Liability limits, dispute process, governing law, consumer and business distinctions, and mandatory rights require qualified legal drafting before launch.
