For Employers

Is EU Jobs Connect a job board?

No. Employers submit worker requests, workers join private pool, and staffing team handles matching. Requests are not published as public job listings.

How do I request workers?

Send short public request with worker type, count, location, start date, and contact details. Then create employer account to complete skills, duration, rate, and additional requirements.

How soon will team respond?

Employer request is reviewed and acknowledged within 1 business day. This response promise does not guarantee worker fulfillment within that period.

Do you guarantee fulfillment?

No. Fulfillment depends on skills, location, timing, worker availability, authorization, and request conditions.

Can I submit an urgent request?

Yes. Complete request can be marked urgent. Team confirms feasibility and discloses any urgent surcharge before commercial commitment.

For Workers

Does joining worker pool cost anything?

Workers can create and maintain profile without account fee.

Does joining guarantee work?

No. Profile becomes eligible for private matching, but invitations, placement, or employment cannot be guaranteed.

Who sees my profile?

Authorized staffing staff use profile for matching. Employers receive selected candidate information through controlled process. Profile is not publicly searchable.

Can I decline an invitation?

Yes. Each invitation is private and worker decides whether to accept or decline.

Can I update availability?

Yes. Keep availability, travel preference, skills, and documents current from worker profile.

Matching and Profiles

Is matching automated?

No. Software supports search and workflow, but staffing team reviews request context and selects profiles for progression.

What matching factors are considered?

Skills, experience, location, travel preference, availability, certifications, language requirements, and start date can all matter.

Are profiles verified?

Profiles are reviewed for completeness and declared matching information. This is not formal identity, background, or credential verification unless separate check is explicitly confirmed.

Which countries are supported?

Service supports Lithuania and other EU markets, subject to local availability, work authorization, and request requirements.

Privacy and Payments

Why are candidate contact details masked?

Masking protects worker personal data and keeps commercial access controlled. Details unlock only after defined acceptance and payment conditions.

Is marketing consent required?

No. Optional marketing consent is separate from processing needed to provide requested service.

How does pricing work?

Applicable pricing depends on service arrangement. Full calculation and any urgent surcharge are disclosed before commercial commitment.

How do I make a privacy request?

Use privacy option on contact page or account deletion path in settings. Identity may need confirmation before data rights request is completed.
